HALLOWEEN!!

Here they are! Finally! Halloween pictures! This year we had a Batman, a cheerleader and a little angel! They all looked so cute all dressed up and had a blast Halloween night!

I had such a hard time getting a picture of the 3 of them together! They were all so excited and Emmie would just not hold still, so this is the best one I got!

Emmie loves babies! We ran into Brett and Kynlee and their cute baby at Nate's grandparents house and Emmie could not get enough of him! She was so funny!

Nate and his brother Zack drew out for a hunt this year and opening day was Halloween. Cole was so thrilled to go out and camp and look for deer. It's all he talks about now! Zack was able to get him a nice little 4 point but Nate hasn't had much luck yet! Today is the last day, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Ok, ok! So I have been a huge HUGE slacker! I'm posting this simple little post to say that I'm turning over a new leaf and am gonna put all that slacking behind me! Or atleast give it a good atempt! Haha! I've been crazy busy for some reason but am going to post all sorts of pictures tonight, after the kids get put to bed, to catch you all up on whats been going on!

We're moving...

Which means that our home is FOR SALE! I have mixed feelings about leaving, but we've decided that moving closer to Nate's job is best for our family. I'm am going to miss seeing my parents, lil sis, grandparents and friends on the daily, and the kids are pretty bummed to leave their friends as well. I am going to miss this quiet little town, our cozy little house and our great big yard! But, I keep telling myself that Stg is not far so we can visit often. On the plus side, I will be closer to my other 2 sisters and their kids and we will gain so many more hours with Nate once that 3 hour daily commute is eliminated! That I am excited for! Before all of this moving can happen though, we must sell our house.

OUR HOUSE

It is a cozy 2 story house on a 1/2 acre lot. It is commercially zoned with a fully fenced yard with fruit trees and a detached 2 car garage. There are 2 bedrooms and a small office downstairs and 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen and laundry room upstairs. We've just recently had all of our old, wood frame single pane windows replaced with double pane, Jeld-Wen vinyl windows from Home Depot. We've also replaced our shingled roof with a tin roof. We are asking only $150,000! You really have to come and see it to appreciate it! So, spread the word!!

I am really sad to part with it :( We've lived in this house for close to 4 1/2 years. I just love the homey and comfortable feeling it has (if that even makes sence! haha) I've posted a few pictures of the outside below. We've got a really nice, big yard which is another thing that'll be hard to give up! Stg lots with yards like this don't come cheap, so we'll have to settle for less. A lot less, I'm afraid! Anyways, I will miss everyone once it's final but I will visit lots and expect the same!

Another birthday in the house!!

COLE IS 4!!

I went downstairs this morning to get some wrapping paper and seen that Cole was laying awake in his bed so I said "Morning bud, do you remember that it's your birthday today?" He looked at me with these big eyes and said, all serious like "What did you just say?"It was really cute and funny so I just had to laugh. He instantly got excited and rushed upstairs!

He couldn't wait to start coloring in the Batman book Kalyne gave him!

and he loved the singing Optimus Prime t-shirt! He showed it (and his muscles) off to everybody!

This is a classic "Cole face!" He was jammin' out to his singing shirt while checking out his Batman stickers!

His Grandma Hope brought over presents later that evening from her, Sheila and Uncle Mikey. One of the presents was this whole case of poppers! He absolutley LOVES these things, so he was stoked! I took this picture maybe like 30 minutes after he opened it, and you can see how many boxes are already missing out of the case!

Cole is having his bestest friend Kensten and his cousin Ashley sleep over tonight. Asha was out before the movie even started, tired girl, but the boys made it through the Power Puff Girls before they fell asleep! They are such cuties!

We also went to the park today for a picnic with Easton and Maddie. It was pretty hot and Emmie's getting teeth and wasn't too happy, so it didn't last long! The kids ended up playing at Leah's for a while and then came to my house to play for a bit too. They all had a lot of fun! We'll be having Cole's party tomorrow evening and Cole can't wait to take a swing at his Spiderman pinata!

Birthdays!!

Today was Emmie's first birthday!! We are having a birthday party for her on Saturday, so tonight the family had cupcakes and opened a few presents. I thought that she'd love the balloons and decorations, but the minute she saw the balloons she started screaming. She was so scared of them for some reason and didn't want to get too close to them! We distracted her with a cupcake, which worked pretty well but she'd keep glancing at the balloons like she was unsure of them.




She wasn't scared of the cupcakes!


She just grabbed chunks of it! It was so cute!

Yep, we're selling our Titan.. With Nate working out of town and both of us not really wanting to move, decided that it was time to tell the Titan goodbye and get us a commuter! It's kind of sad cause we really love this truck... But it is afterall just a truck!

Fun Summer Stuff!

I know that I am a major slacker when it comes to the blog world! I have been so completely busy trying to shove school into my daily routine which made making blog time far from happenin'! I'm going to make up for it though. I promise! Over the past month, or however long it's been since I've last posted, I've accumulated lots of fun pictures. Now that I've finished this semester of school, I finally have some time to post something! My computer is being a hunk and won't let me download anymore photos... It's making me crazy, seriously! It just keeps saying "this page cannot be displayed" or "cannot find server" Uggh. So, I suppose I will just post what I have done and will keep messing with this dang thing til I figure it out. I've got so much more fun stuff to share! :) Soon enough!

A New Baby!!
I'll start with the newest edition to the Asay family. My sis KayCee and her husband Cliff had an adorable baby girl on the 3rd of July! She was 8lbs and had a head full of hair. They named her Addison Kay. She's too cute and her big brother just loves her!

*Lake Powell*
We spent a weekend out at Lake Powell. Kalyne was still spending her month in Cali so she missed this trip :( Cole had a blast. He spent near all of his time collecting "seashells". He couldn't get enough of it. I swear just about every shell on that beach ended up coming home with us!

Bunko Babies!
Below is seriously like half of the bunko group I was in. We all ended up pregnant at pretty much the same time. I am to blame for starting it, they all say! I had Emmie first then 12 days later came Nichole's twin boys. I think like 5 days after that came Stasha's and Taliah's (sp?) then a few days later came Ebbie's and last was Lacey's. I swear there isn't even like a month in between the oldest and the youngest! How crazy is that! Now the babies are all going on a year old so we all got together and Becca Ott took some pictures of all the cuties together! It was so much fun and she did such an amazing job! Below are only a few of the hundreds she took. It was
tough to choose which ones to post because there were soo many good ones!
